As the success story of the (7) Syrian women who have been a part of Newcomer Kitchen from our early days continues….they are making a special sweets box just in time for the holidays to share with family and friends.

This group of amazing women have launched their own business and have just come off a very successful summer at the Leslieville Farmer’s Market. They are also doing party catering, take-out dinners with The Depanneur as well as hosted the flagship dinner with The Bentway on July 1st.

As a special offering to the Crescent School community who have supported the activities of Newcomer Kitchen over the last 5 years the Syrian Sisters are making 50 special sweets boxes just for you. They made these boxes for the Leslieville market last year and they sold out in 2 hours!!

The contents reflects their traditional recipes and a few surprises we know you haven’t tried but once you do you’ll be hooked.

The cost of the presentation box is $25.00. and will be delivered to the school on Tuesday December 14th for pick-up.
