A delicious, cool generously portioned picnic supper bursting with flavors and textures. A main dish of a Chicken Masakhan wrap or the vegetarian option of a deliciously addictive fried onion laden lentil and bulgar dish called Mujudderat. Both dinners come with a mezze of vegetable stuffed grape leaf Yalanji and a silky, smokey eggplant dip with hand crafted toasted pita chips and a fresh green Tabbouleh side salad. Two kinds of crisp buttery baklava for dessert.
This generously portioned dinner for two people will include a main dish of roasted chicken or a vegetable medley on a bed of Burgol Behummous, a spiced bulgar and chickpea pilaf. Both dinners come with a mezze of two Fatayer, cheese and spinach pastries and both a beet salad and Yakaneh (think ratatouille). Date stuffed Mamoul cookies for a sweet finish!
